A rental unit kitchenette cabinet and counter top needed replacing. Due to the close proximity to the entrance door the cabinetry and counter needed to be angled. Custom ordering was not possible due to the time limitations and cost. I therefore customized standard stock items to fit this unusual configuration.

This customer's old hard wood was creaky and worn out. I removed the old floor and the owner provided the pre-finished flooring of their liking. I used 500 floor screws on this small bedrooms sub floor to eliminate the squeaks before installing the new flooring. Notice the 90-degree direction of the finished floor.

The homeowner needed to improve the kitchen before putting the house up for sale. I changed the counter top and added a dishwasher (not shown).    I also upgraded her 60
Amp electrical service to 100 Amp.

The homeowner had a redundant heating register and needed it to be eliminated. The 10 inch baseboard Molding needed replacing but was unavailable due to its age. I custom made a new piece to match.

I replaced the garage back entrance door and frame. The challenge here was fitting the new door system into a garage that has settled badly to one side. The customer was not able to find anyone to take this job on until they called me.

Don’t let your steps get to this point of disrepair. I was called in to repair these steps after someone was hurt. I use pressure treated wood.

This customer required extra security while still maintaining accessibility to her back yard. A wooden fence and gate were built with a latch that locks.

This customers rear sunroom’s lower skirt needed a facelift. Old lattice was removed and a new frame with tighter privacy lattice was cut to size.

This customer had there brick fire place rebuilt but wanted the original oak mantel to be reused. The mantel required extensive repairs and modifications to accommodate to the new fireplace dimensions

This office buildings janitors closet had a cracked and leaking laundry tub. It was replaced and in addition a cabinet surround was installed giving an upgraded look and extra storage.
