Electrical service upgrade from 100 Amp to 200Amp. The challenge was the panel was flush with the drywall. I needed to open up the wall to change the system components then to repair the wall back to its original condition.

Electrical system service upgrade from 60 Amp to 100 Amp followed by a knob and tube complete home rewire.

Basement lighting project including wall sconces and halogen recessed lighting were installed.

This condominium owner wanted a chandelier above her dinning room table. The ceiling was solid concrete. No electrical outlet existed at that location. The solution was to install a ceiling rosette detail to conceal the electrical box and swag a matching chain to the closest wall. I fished the wiring down the wall to a new wall switch/dimmer then down to a wall outlet for power.

This was the result of the main floor hallway ceiling after a knob and tube rewire. I lined up the wire pulling access holes in order to upgrade the lighting. Ceiling repairs were avoided while creating a bright new look in an otherwise dull space.

This customer wanted to upgrade the lighting in his condominium suite. Halogen recessed lighting was added to the bulkheads were ever possible.
