This old laundry area was beyond repair. I removed the old cracked concrete washbasin, steel plumbing and rusted out drain system. I replaced it with a new PVC double, copper plumbing, new taps and ABS drain system.

The customer had water leaking through her kitchen ceiling. I traced the problem back to her upstairs bathroom shower controls. Turned out to be a leaking pipe
behind the wall. I repaired the plumbing and put the wall back to its original
condition.

There was extensive damage due to lack of ventilation and poor material choices in the bathroom of a rental unit. The landlord required a low maintenance solution at minimal cost to rectify the problem. I installed a vinyl tub surround and an exhaust fan vented to the outside.

Due to a plumbing leak investigation/repair the wall behind the bathroom vanity needed opening up and some of the wall tiles required removal. I restored the area to better than its original condition.

This customer wanted to update the main bath tub/shower area. I installed tiles and a new tub, also replaced the faucet, valve shower head and drain.

This customers original shower system was malfunctioning and out of date and it was determined that it would be more cost affective to replace. The retrofit chrome plate allowed for replacement of the shower controls without any tile damage or tile replacement. Loose grout and caulking was also replaced.

New bathtub surround with barker board which gives the look of ceramic tile. Good for those bathroom remodels on a tight budget.

3 piece bathroom renovation. The 45-degree angle tile work gives it a nice look.
