| This condominium owner had a new granite countertop installed which made her old wallpaper back splash stand out like a sore thump. I replaced it with a new ceramic one. |

| The ceramic tiles in the entrance floor
were popping up. The previous use of incorrect adhesive in conjunction
with a loose sub floor was the cause. I reinforced the floor and installed
new ceramic tiles using a thin-set ceramic tile mortar mix, grout, followed
by a Teflon grout sealer. |

This homeowner had removed the decorative
fireplace and asked me to drywall over the opening. I framed the area
added drywall and molding leaving it ready for the client to paint. |

| With this job, the client was tired of her old vinyl bathroom floor and wanted it updated. The sub floor required replacing. Due to the new floor height I also needed to cut the door and raise the toilet floor drain. |

This basement originally had a commercial looking T-bar drop ceiling. I replacing it with a drywall ceiling and added a recessed halogen lighting system. The difference is dramatic and the ceiling height was increased by 5 inches. |

This customer‘s family was growing and a second kitchen was required in the basement. I converted the laundry room into a combination kitchen/laundry with a under counter washer/dryer machine. |

The hot water tank in office above leaked into the
furniture store below. I located matching tiles, repaired damage and
replaced the hot water tank complete with drain pan so that it will
not happen again. |
